Can't Play Podcast 226 from the Bigger Pockets App (Android)

Normally on Thursday morning, I listen to the latest podcast on my Android based phone while jogging on the treadmill at 3:30AM. I download the podcast directly through the Bigger Pockets app since I do not use I-tunes or any other app

Well this Thursday was different, I got on the Bigger Pockets app, and went to Podcast 226 and it did not play. At first I thought it was my internet connection, so I tried playing Podcast 225 and it started playing immediately. I tried several other podcasts, but only 226 would not play.

I figured I would wait a day and then it would be fixed, but this morning, it still was unplayable. I gladly listened to podcast 212 again with Brian Murray while I jogged, but I was a little disappointed that I couldn't hear the latest one.
