....but I'm having difficulty apparently locating the settings!

Where do I go within BP to adjust the necessary settings to continue to receive Allison's weekly email (Allison @ Biggerpockets) containing "LATEST POSTS FROM THE BLOG" but turn off receiving an email each time a new blog topic is created?  I find that having the BP content in this summary format from Allison is PERFECT and ORGANIZED but getting a new email for each blog entry is too much to keep on top of.  Thanks!
