Great Areas to Flip Houses in Cleveland

Hi Everyone!

I'm a 27 yr old home flipper with 8 properties under my belt. I'm new to the Cleveland area and I have a budget of 30k for the property and 30 k for the flip and i want to sell for at least 95k (Basically I would like a profit of 30k per property), 

Which areas in Cleveland would these metrics be most suitable in?

Jacob, If you're looking to stay right there in the direct Cleveland area, take a look at Tremont, Ohio City or Lakewood. If you're looking to branch out a little ways, there are some great neighborhoods all around Cleveland. 

You're a little further in your real estate portfolio than myself, but I'm hoping no later than sometime in 2018 to have my first flip under my belt and will be around the Cleveland area myself. Currently have one rental.
