Real Estate Investing education

Hello BP,

It seems that everywhere you turn there is some guru or organization selling real estate investing eduction. A friend and I were discussing our market, accelerating our learning curve and finding better deals over lunch. Neither of us is a seasoned "pro" having each started investing within the last year, everything we know has been learned through experience, self taught or picked up from other investors and here on BP.  The question I have for the group is, is how much revenue does real estate investing education generate over a year. I know it's an  impossible question to answer correctly, but if you had to ball park it how much?
