Chicken or Egg - How to add value to BP members w/ 0 experience?

Hello All!

I hope I am posting in the right spot. As I mentioned in 2017 challenges post, I am at a point where I am not sure if I am being patient or too cautious to make an offer.

Since mid-2015 I continue to educate myself via BP forum, blog, other blogs, books, looking at properties for my first buy-and-hold property.

I know what I want to invest in but I am not sure what stops me from making an offer.

Without investing in a property I am not confident of helping/posting here so I only consume information.

What are some of the ways I can add value to BP members before I have some experience to share my experiences?

Thanks!
