I currently have a roster of about 20 fully finished and remodeled move in ready single family residences in the metro Detroit area, and rather then sell them traditionally and involve and agent and what not I am looking to package and sell them as an investment package with a guaranteed 8% return over the first 3 years. I'm able to do this for a number of reasons that I won't get into now however I'm wondering if anyone on here has any tips/advice/knowledge of how to best market these investor packages to not only investors in the area, but nationwide as well. Let me know, all comments are appreciated. Thanks
