How do I "@" other members from mobile app

I want to respond to people on my post, but I can't seem to figure out how to "@" them on the mobile app. On social media accounts you type in the "@" symbol, then names come up for you to click on, I'm not getting that option.

 What I do when I am on my phone is but the quote option on the post I want to shout out to. It's the only way I have found to do this.
