Hey guys. I'm relatively new here. Previously, I have used imageboard sites to discuss business but the one site I went on has really bad information. But anyway, what is the community here like? Are most threads serious discussions or do you guys have fun discussions? Also, are most of you experienced in real estate or just interested?
