looking for a specific BP podcast

ok all, i have been trying to find a podcast i heard some time ago about retirement. there was a man on the show who had creative ideas about what to do with ones money to prepare for retirement. He discussed several different scenarios, one of an older man who only had a bit to invest and decided to buy some property, another about a 40 year old who had more time before retiring and the options for that person... not sure why i can't find the episode i have been looking through the backlogs for some time. help!
