Bigger Pockets Keywords Help

Hey Everyone,

I am new to BP and looking for some help about setting up keyword alerts.

I have them set up, but I get too many to sort through. I want information about multifamily buy and hold strategies, the Pittsburgh, PA market, and new member introductions in my area. Right now I have my keywords set up to include "duplex", "house hack", "multifamily investing", and "Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Duplex". Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them more specific to parse down the volume of updates? Also, to be honest I'm pretty new so I don't even know if there are keyword alerts that are incredibly helpful that some of the more experienced BP members have. I'd be interested in any and all suggestions with setting them up.

Also, I realize that there might be a benefit to getting PRO because of this. Does a pro membership help significantly with keyword alerts?

Thank you!
