I need advice on marketing and connecting on BP!

Hello,

I am new to Bigger Pockets and am not sure how to connect with people that are looking for investment properties.  I sell fixer uppers to investors and don't want to be the guy who spams on here and gets booted.  Any advice or tips on how I can link up with investors who want my properties?
