Seeking BP Technical Support

For some reason I cannot navigate from page 1 of any search that I do. I can only see page 1 of the search results. My computer is 3 months old and this has been happening from day one. I know I know, why so long to ask for help?

In addition to the above, I also get an error message at times that my search term is too short when it is a full word or two. I also tried to send a message via the BP Contact Us page but I got a message to change my Advanced Settings to TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 (or something like that). My settings were already set to this. Finally, I also get the following error message below. Has anyone else experienced these issues and received the fix?
