Rental caculator issue

Hi I am posting this because every time I go to use the rental calculator It always comes up with an error code. Now this is messing up a potential deal for me. its driving me crazy. is there anyone out there who is experiencing the same     problem. If not is there anyway you can give me advice on what to do about  Thanks for all your help in advance
