"House Hacking"

Am I able to use the term, "House Hacking" - coined by Brandon Turner, in my blog?

In addition to acquiring real estate as a source of income, I'm also starting a financial advice blog for both active and veteran military members. This blog recommends ways to maximize both your income and benefits from the military and VA.

I'm currently writing a TON of content prior to launch of the site in order to have resources available from day one. One of the methods to maximizing one's resources in both the military and post-service I'd like to recommend is the idea of "House Hacking" - the term coined by Brandon. I'd like to use the definition and will refer to Brandon Turner of BiggerPockets for creating the formal definition and promoting its use.

Has anyone else referred to BP on another site and is it a kosher practice?

Either way, thanks.
