How to Search in Specific Forum Categories

How do I search in a particular category?  I want to search for old postings in Commercial Real Estate, but cannot figure out how to do this simple task.  What am I doing wrong???  I want to search for "Smoking Policies" and "Parking Issues" -- both under Commercial, but don't want to have to read through those searches in all of the other categories.

Thanks in advance for any help!
