Yes every asset class of real estate cycles and there are typically 4 stages.

Nothing is foolproof but making informed decisions helps eliminate a lot of risk.

What I have learned over the years as all kinds of different people from various walks of life. I enjoy seeing everyone's different take on things.

The point I think is to live life without regret. An article I read the other day said the top regret in retirement homes that were surveyed is that the people didn't try for their dreams and life and time passed them by. They gave up and said SOMEDAY I will do this and before they knew it their life is almost ever.

I can live with failing. What I can't live with is not trying and going WHAT IF my whole life.
