Searcing just one subforum

Is there an easy way to limit a search to just a single subforum for example "

"Local Real Estate Networking & Recommendations" instead of having all posts in all forums searched?  This is usually a fairly standard feature in forum software, but I can't find it here. :(

Please tell me I am dense and just not looking in the right place and it is somewhere.
