No Author or Blog ID on Articles

Today there was an article that appeared in my feed because a colleague commented on it.  When I go to the article there is no author and no identifying information.  There appears to be a half dozen articles posted by someone using "Lessthan6%" as their ID and none of them have author credit.  The blog title, if there is one, isn't mentioned or linked.

Without identifying info the articles look like editorials posted by BP, as they make commentary and give advice, such as "we recommend.....".  Shouldn't there be a way to prevent anything from posting without author ID?
