Whats up with the podcasts?

So I have a question. I have listened to most of the podcasts-and a lot of them more than once, but why don't they ever go all the way to the end? Do you have to have the pro account to listen to them all the way thru? I have enjoyed them(and they really pass the time stuck in my cubicle!). A lot of great info!
