Josh and Brandon can you add a turnkey selection?

this worked for Josh, but it didn't work for Brandon even though I tried it three times. 

Anyway,

can you please add turnkey investing as one of the choices when selecting a field for  a new discussion.  There are posts/threads which will be especially poignant for turnkey investors.
