Can you go directly to a PodCast

Hi all, since they say the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. 

Here goes (2) 

Is there a way to go directly to a specific Podcast? Without having to start at the most recent like I'm doing now ?

Where is the link to the iTunes BP rate BP Podcasts? 

I don't have an iTunes account, generally review the Podcast stand alone.. 

and when I went to itunes.com I got lost..
