Having lunch with the Banker..what questions should I be asking

So I am meeting with the banker soon, and I am wondering should I wait to meet with him in person to ask all these questions about blanket mortgages, and lending requirements or should I ask now and come to the meeting with my proposal? I would like to purchase at least 4-5 SFH already leased to buy and hold for cashflow. And then work on a possible flip. I'm already experienced in landlord/property mgmt. I have about $25K to begin my investing. Please share any suggestions or past experiences. I feel like this is my one and only shot to get the funds I need. (Eminem's - One Shot song playing in my head).Thanks.
