Sharing Analysis (BP Calculators)

Is there a way to share information from the BP calculators in the forums?

I ask because I continually see posts in the marketplace claiming 10-15% ROI only to realize that the wholesaler isn't considering utilities, maintenance, management, reserves, etc. It would be very beneficial if wholesalers could fill out a standard set of metrics (such as the BP calculators), create a report, and share it with the BP forums. Obviously numbers can be fudged, and its up to the buyer to do his/her due diligence, but it would be a much better starting point.
