How to make best use of my money

Ralph De Mott

Hello BP,

My name is Ralph and I am from Orange County and brand new to BP as well as Real Estate Investing. I am very excited to get started and find my first deal. I have about 15K of my own money to invest, but as I am sure all of you know, that doesn’t go far in Southern California.

Can anyone help guide me in the best direction to get started with a minimal amount of funds in an area like Southern California? Any advice/insight would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read and help!

Ralph
