Jump to Last reply tab on the threads

this does not work at least for me..  on some of the more interesting threads that go long and one wants to check in on the latest.
when you hit the jump to last post button nothing happens.. Anyone else getting this ? or is it like usual just me not doing something right.

so for me for now I have to click the newest one and wait for that to scroll to the last page.

so is that function broken ??
