trying to find a specific podcast...?

I often want to share your podcasts with like-minded investors I know.  I'll hear a great BP podcast on Spotify and want to share it.  But instead of sharing the link to Spotify, as many may not use Spotify, I try to find the episode to link directly from the BP site... but it's not here!  I try every search string  on the site - using the title, episode number, author, and still get nothing or results that have nothing to do with the terms... even when the episode has just been released within the last few days!  When I go to the specific podcast page on BP and see a 'recent episodes' list... but no reference to release date or episode number and episodes are not shown in any kind of order.  Even when I do google search for the episode and get results of it all over other podcast player sites, but nothing to BP.  Why?  

Why doesn't your very own search feature work on your very own podcasts?  Try it yourself - try to find the BP page for BP Daily episode #1118 capital expenditures (capex): Definition, Formula, Examples by Brian Carberry, it is dated Nov 6th, 2023.  

Is there a bigger picture reason this is not done?
