Bigger Pockets Basic Account Limitation

I received a colleague request from someone 2000 miles away. I tried to send him a message to ask why, and what about my profile got his interest. But my account won't let me send him a message until I ACCEPT his colleague request.

This seems like a poor limitation of your system - a colleague request from a PRO user should allow the recipient to respond with other than ACCEPT or DENY.
