Mock phone calls

Hi all! Within the last few months (January to now) I listened to a BP podcast episode with a guest who talked about cold calling potential sellers and actually did a little mock phone call for in the podcast. I remember David was joking about having a bunch of gnomes I believe?! Anyway long story short I really want to give it a re-listen and take some notes but I can’t for the life of me find which episode it was in. I remember the guest was talking about acquiring properties and how to approach sellers during cold calls and in turn initial meetings. I’ve scrubbed through every episode in the last two months but can’t find it, it’s driving me crazy!! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all!
