[Beta] Structure Type added to Rent Estimator

When searching for rent estimates by ZIP code, our rent estimator previously lumped all structure types together. You now have the option to select a structure type and the estimate will include that information when looking at comps.

This feature is beta. Test it out and let us know if you have any feedback.
