new auto-scrolling feature

Hi. I hadn't been here a while and when I came back to the Forums and started scrolling it keeps going and doesn't end. It used to be you would go from page 1 to page 2 and so on, which was so much more intuitive. If you needed to go back to a post, you knew aprox. what page it was on and where is was on the page. With the auto-scholling it just keeps going on and on, makes it hard to go back to a previous post, when you click on a post it sometimes doesn't go back to where you left off and you have to start all over again! It really makes my head spin. Is there a way to click on something to get the old format back?
