Rent estimator question

I have a quick question about the rent estimator. When I am put in the address for a duplex, triplex, etc. Is the estimate for the whole building or per unit? I am pretty sure it is per unit but I am looking for my first deal and don't want to screw it up lol. Thanks in advance.
