Need draftsman recommendation in Phoenix

Hi, everyone.  I'm having a hard time finding a reliable draftsman for a remodel I want to do on a rental property.  I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask for a recommendation (first time on the site) or not, but I'm at wits end trying to find someone reliable for the Phoenix/Scottsdale area in Arizona.  If it's allowed and you know someone OR know where I can go to find one, I would be very grateful for any help!
