Seeing budgets come in higher than anticipated and looking for others' experience with approximate per square foot costs of contractors on the near west side Cleveland, Ohio neighborhoods. Looking for reliable contractors in the sub $50/ SF gut and rehab price point, and sub $35/ SF for apartment update/refresh.
