Contractor Recommendation for First House Hack (Seattle)

Hey all! I’m working on my first house hack (a duplex in Seattle, WA near Ballard) and in need of a contractor for interior wall/stair removal, framing, drywall, countertops and LVP flooring. Anyone with experience in creating additional bedrooms in an existing floor space would be ideal. Please let me know if anyone is open to recommending a contractor or sharing advice as I manage this first RE investment. Thanks!
