Architect in San Antonio

Igor Rosette
Posted

I need an architect to help remodeling a property in the historic district of Beacon Hill in San Antonio Tx.

It is a 5-plex and a profesional recommended scope/lay-out is needed to maximize the return on investment.

Thank you

I dont think you need an architect. You need someone who is more of a designer or someone who rehabs quite a bit and has a vision. Maybe even a realtor with a vision for what people want these days. But with 5 units, there is not much room to move walls or do anything major. You need someone with vision. An architect is going to charge $1000s or $10s of $1,000s. You may even be able to get a contractor and ask what they would do to open up the floor plans.
