Baltimore General Contractor Question
Hi all!
Just closed on my first property in Baltimore and have a list of quite a few random repairs to knock out before renting it out. Anyone have recommendations for a contractor or contractors who can help with these items?
- windows - wrap trim and caulking
- plumbing leaks in bathroom and laundry
- water heater - replace cpvc with copper
- chimney - complete flue liner and install chimney cap
- secure small section of loose siding
- carpentry work fixing section of basement stairs
- deck - footings, hanger and replace/repair a split support post
Thank you!
