First Home - Time for updates/repairs!

I am reaching out to get connected with great contractors that understand the investor mentality for a rental unit. I finally closed my first house in Seattle and before renting the place out I would like to make the necessary repairs and updates for the new tenants. Specifically, the objective is to finish the basement, add a bathroom in the basement and update basement windows.

Thank you ahead of time and have a great day!
