Retaining wall replacement on a hillside property in Pasadena, CA

Hello BP,

I'm located in Los Angeles looking for a contractor, structural engineer and an architect who specialize in properties on a hill. I need to replace a failing retaining wall (~10ft high) that supports a pool patio on a hillside property in Pasadena, CA.

I don’t think I need civil since this is a replacement project. I already have a topographic survey and soil reports.

Could anyone please recommend a good contractor, structural engineer and an architect who specialize in properties on a hill and who have reasonable pricing.

Thank you,

Dina
