Contractors in Essex county NJ

Hey all, I’m a first time home buyer in New Jersey doing my first house hack. I recently discovered that there is a little water trickling from outside into my unit through the ceiling causing the paint to bubble & crack a bit. I was wondering if anyone can connect me with a good contractor or someone who can come & take a look at this issue for me. Doesn’t seem like a big fix but I could definitely use a professional opinion. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
