Need a Contractor in the Jacksonville St Johns FL MastrBathReno

I just purchased my first home and want to do a full master bathroom Renovation, I live south of Jacksonville in Fruit Cove, FL

I am having a lot of trouble finding contractors. One guy gives a package price, you can have one from column a and two from column b for that price..  One gave me the cost of the construction and I buy the materials, but yet he still wants 50% upfront??

HELP PLEASE!!!
