Starting a flipping team in Nashville, and Recommendations??

I’ve been investing in Michigan for the past 5 years and currently looking to scale up by starting a flipping team in the Nashville area. I’m coming to Nashville next week to meet some likeminded people, to learn more about the local market and start my search for contractors (preferably GC’s) and realtors. If you know of somebody, or if you are that somebody, shoot me a message. My goal is to purchase 4-6 houses in the my first year in Nashville and scale up from there.
