GC in Chicago for 203K

Happy Holidays everyone!!

In March I purchased my first income property in the Chicago, Beverly area.

I had a bad experience with my first contractor and so I canceled his contract last month. I have some leads but I would prefer Referrals from people with personal experiences or who know someone that worked with these contractors.

I need Referrals for good, experienced contractors that can handle a large job.

For rehab loans, I only use contractors that have the designation as a Certified 203k Contractor. They are found online only at 203kContractors.com

You don’t want to take any chances working with someone who is not as prepared as possible for the 203k as there are many intricacies and nuances and moving parts.

You’re only as strong as your weakest link ... select your partners wisely.
