Hi,

I am looking for a GC to help with one of the two deals:

1. Add a new floor to a ranch (likely gut renovation - major reno); 

2. Build a property from scratch. open to a JV on this.

I would like to to atleast one of these two. Both deals are in East Brunswick, NJ. Can anyone help?
