GC Needed in San Antonio

I had some work done on an investment property but the contractor didn't pull permits. The City of San Antonio is having me pull permits now. I have a plumber and electrician lined up to pull those permits but I need a GC to pull a building permit. All the work is done so I basically need someone to open walls so the city can perform its inspection then close the walls up. Let me know if you know of anyone that can help me with this situation.
