Sacramento Contractor Help

Hi All,

I'm currently in escrow for a duplex I intend to owner occupy. I have an FHA loan and the appraisal report just came back and I need a structural inspection by a licensed contractor to clear a crack in the slab foundation. It's something I want to address and fix after purchasing, but in order to close, we need a doc saying it's structural sound. Does anyone know a contractor that might be able to help?
