Hi all

I am working on my first rental and it seems to

Be moving like molasses. I have one crew on

It and the guy is dragging. Demo is complete

Electric roughed in doors and windows are in thats it. Its been 3 months from the start. The plan is to have it fully rehabbed. Anyone have any suggestions to speed this guy up.
