Looking for GC to supervise construction of 3-4 unit townhomes

Hi all! Does anyone have any recommendations for a GC with experience in multi-unit townhome construction?

My group is trying to locate a general contractor that would be available to work with us on a series of 3-4 dwelling townhomes in Silverdale, WA. Parcel 172501-4-102-2006. We would be responsible for all planning, engineering, and site work activities. The GC we are searching for would be responsible for dwelling unit construction activities.

Construction would begin in approximately 1-2 years and would involve building a single 3-4 unit dwelling structure at a time with the goal to have the site developed over a 5-year period (approx. 15 total units)
