I wanted to battle test an idea a partner of mine had and just get a feel for how it could fit within the industry. If you're a developer, flipper, or anyone in the industry, how and where do you store your materials before, during and after jobs?

Do you invest in or rent a warehouse, use storage units, etc? Thinking of all the ways this can be done and at what price-points.
