Philadelphia Contractor Recommendations

Hello BP community, I'm looking for investor-friendly contractor recommendations for Philadelphia - both GCs and subs - information would be greatly appreciated. This would be for fairly straightforward projects, not total rehabs. Most of my contractor connections are people who work in the suburbs and they do not like to take work in the city.
