Reputable Pittsburgh General Contractor
Looking for some feedback on a good GC for a single family fix and flip.
I have a property under contract for 75k. My estimates had repairs around 50k. Looking to sell in the 185 range.
The contractor I brought through for an estimate has me much higher than my 50k estimate.
It’s going to really make things hard, especially with lending.
I was hoping to get a second or third estimate on this to see if I can make this work.
Any reputable contacts would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for your time.
